- How many nail caps come in a pack and how to apply them?

There are total 40 cat nail caps of same size come in a pack. Each pack contains two different colors. There are 20 nail caps of one color and 20 nail caps of the other color in each pack along with two nail caps adhesive tubes and two tip applicators.
How to apply:
1: Trim the small tip portion of all the cat claws by a cat claw trimmer.
2: Cut open the glue tube and put the glue applicator tip on the glue tube.
3: Fill about one third of the cat nail cap with the glue.
4: Apply the cat nail cap on the cat claws.
5: Repeat the process for all the claws.
6: Hold the cat still for five minutes to let the glue completely dry off.
- How frequently should I replace the cat nail caps?

The cat nail caps usually fall off in about a month. Replace only the nail caps which fell off. Continue with the nail caps which did not fall off for a total of about six week from the date of application.
If the six weeks pass by and some nail caps did not come off, then remove the nail caps by gently rubbing the nail caps using a cotton swab with nail polish remover or acetone where they are glued to the claws.
- What should I do if my cat removes the nail caps by chewing on them? are they safe for humans and pets?

Few cats may try to remove the nail caps by chewing on them. This is a completely normal behavior at the start and may last a few months.
Just replace the nail caps which have been removed by the cats as soon as possible. Once the cat will get used to having the nail caps on the claws, they will stop this behavior.
Getting used to the nail caps may take no time for some cats to up-to six months for others. The faster the nail caps replaced after removing by cats the faster they will get used to it.
Yes the cat nail caps are completely safe for humans and pets when used as directed.
The cat nail caps are made up of silicone, a completely natural inert material.
The cat nail caps adhesive is safe to humans and pets as well when used as directed. the adhesive is an eye irritant, if the contact occurs, flush the eyes with water immediately and get prompt medical attention. For skin bonding, sock with warm water.
The package contains small parts and adhesive, which may cause chocking hazard. Keep out of reach of small children and pets.
- What should I do if my cat accidentally swallows the cat nail cap?

The cat nail cap is made up of inert material and can easily come out of the body through defection. To make sure that the nail cap has come out of the body, please check the litter-box to notice the nail cap. Also observe the cat closely for several days for the signs of illness or unusual behavior. Promptly visit the veterinarian for the signs of illness and / or unusual behavior.

Currently, we ship our products to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Germany.
The customers outside of United States are responsible for all the custom duties and custom clearance if any.

The Project Safe Paws cat nail caps are shipped from various warehouses located in the United States.
Your purchase will be shipped from the warehouse closest to you or from the warehouse which has your particular color and size in stock.
- When the package will be shipped once the order is placed?

The order is shipped on the same or the next day dependent upon the time of the day the order is placed. All orders placed before 1 PM EST will be processed the same day.
In a busy season it may take up-to three days to ship the order.
- How can I track my order once shipped?

You will be provided with a link to track the order through email.
- How many days does it take to receive the order once shipped?

The orders are generally delivered within five to six business days once shipped. It may take longer in busy season for up to ten business days.
The orders shipped through Fast shipping will be delivered in about three business days. it may take up to seven business days in a busy season.
- How should I cancel my order once placed?

Please contact us at support@projectsafepaws.com within One hour of placing the order with the subject ORDER CANCELLATION (#ORDER NO). If it has been more than One hour after placing the order, Our warehouse will process it and unfortunately we can not cancel the order.
- What should I do if my package shows delivered status but it is not at my mailbox / front porch?

Contact the shipping service that you see in the tracking details such as USPS, FEDEX, UPS immediately with your tracking no.
We can not refund for the orders which shows delivered status but is lost or stolen. It is customers responsibility to contact the shipping service in the event the package is not delivered but shows delivered status.
- What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt of the item. If 30 days have gone by, we can not accept the returns.
The buyers are responsible for the return shipping. All the shipping costs are non refundable.
We only replace items within 30 days if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@projectsafepaws.com
To return the item, please email us with RETURN : (# your order No) in the subject line at support@projectsafepaws.com. We will provide you with the further instructions to return the item.
- How and when will I receive the refunds for returned items?

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
